Some of you may be interested to learn that the radio show I dreamt up back in October 2009<\/a> will air on Boxing Day at 6pm on BBC Oxford<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In Around the A4074<\/em> I explore how the everyday context of the commute may be considered differently<\/em>. There are interviews with Joe Moran<\/a> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c writer of On Roads<\/em>; Andy Letcher \u00e2\u20ac\u201c lead singer of Oxfordshire band Telling the Bees<\/em><\/a>; discussions with Ed and Will from A Walk around Britain<\/em><\/a>; features on The Warborough and Shillingford Festival<\/em><\/a>, the Woodcote Steam Rally<\/em><\/a> and the Biker\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Cafe at Berinsfield; and music from local bands including The Keeling Curve<\/em>, Band of Hope<\/em>, Telling the Bees<\/em> and Banjocat<\/em>. That’s not a full list, but it hopefully gives you some sense of what you might hear if you tune in to BBC Oxford<\/a> at 6pm on Sunday and hit ‘listen live!’<\/p>\n
