best of Berlin

We were in Berlin for such a brief stay that I didn’t get to see everything I would have liked to have seen. Of all I did see, here are some favourites:

spontaneous street art

organisation

bright lights from our hotel room window

laugen brötchen

and perfectly-wrapped cheese.

Tonight I am packing again for another trip; this time to Manchester for this.

All these travels are enhanced by the lovely french-fancy luggage tag and biscuit-stickers that Liz bought for me and which I will endeavour to photograph before I post again. Somehow all these visual treats bring a little bit of the stability and joyousness of domestic space on the road with me.

That is indeed a beautiful looking Brötchen. We went to Berlin for the first time this year and it was just amazing. I’ve become a Berlin bore! But it’s such an inspirational place.
