Supermarket

If anyone reading this has been caught up in the last-minute provisions purchasing of Christmas, you may be familiar with the soundscape of the Supermarket at this time of year!

Out of my way… fsh… sorry… aaaargh… sigh…

OUT OF MY WAY… SORRY… AAAARGH! SIGH! SORRY… SIGH! FSH…

This year’s trip to the Supermarket was, I’m happy to say, much less fractious! This year, everyone was in gentler spirits and there was a bit more love.

    I think we all need more love, and patience, at this time of year. At M&S last week one woman started to try to scan her items in at the self-service checkout I was using before I’d even finished paying. Luckily it didn’t send it into “unexpected item in the bagging area” meltdown!
