WHINNYING: exhale through the lips, with mouth closed but relaxed lips, so that escaping air makes flubbering sound. Also, vocal noise…
Nnnnn the N of ‘neigh’ begins in the nose & travels down through the mouth and lips. Breath escapes through fluttering lips.
