There are still hundreds and thousands on the floor.
For WW purposes, each of the donuts (without icing) is 1.5 points each when made according to my recipe. Icing made with plain icing sugar and water adds about 0.5 – 1 point to each donut, depending on how much you put on.
Baked Donut Recipe
200g self-raising flour
125g caster sugar
125g flora extra light margarine
3 medium eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cream the sugar and margarine together, then beat in the eggs and add the flour, cream of tartar, salt and baking powder. Spoon into donut tray and bake on Gas mark 5 for 12 – 15 minutes.
Turn out onto a big dish and put the next batch in. This recipe should make 18 Donuts! Halve everything for a more modest array of donuts. Another variation is to put cocoa powder into the last batch and stir it into the mix so you have a few chocolate donuts to dot around the pile. I have no idea what the cocoa does to the points value!
